What is better, 4 more years of Trump with the media trying to hurt him, or 8 years of DeSantis with the media licking booty, or 4 to 8 years of RFK with the media hating on him all the time? (Biden is not an option, he can't win)

Why do so many men on the internet try to compete with women, or try to "humble" and bash them? There's so many videos across my tiktok and YouTube of men claiming how they're wanting to get back at women and put them in thier place.

Getting fit at home doesn’t need fancy equipment or hours of spare time—it just needs you. This guide breaks it down into easy, actionable steps to help you kickstart your fitness journey with confidence and creativity.

Home fitness is a commitment to yourself. Every rep and stretch brings you closer to your goals. Be patient. Consistency will always outshine perfection.

Variety keeps workouts enjoyable and sustainable. Here's how to structure it:

Why are there no fossils for the 'missing link' that connects our ancestors with other species? Is this a misconception or is there another explanation?

Journal it: Note your reps, sets, and how you feel post-workout.

Writing down your why keeps you focused. Tape it to your workout area or save it as your phone wallpaper for motivation.

Before you begin, ask yourself:

Trump's "They're Eating Cats and Dogs" quote has become a meme. Would this help him get elected? I hope you can be impartial when responding to this question. Thank you

Mood-enhancing space: Bright lighting and upbeat playlists are game-changers. 🎵

Sneaky Workouts: Squeeze in squats during TV commercials or take the stairs instead of the elevator. 🚶‍♀️

Lack Motivation? Commit to just 5 minutes—it often turns into more.

Hello, I have a question about astral projection. I started to get interested in this a little while after my mum passed in april. I thought I may be able to see her and speak with her if I managed to achieve astral projection. Since this interest, every time i sleep on my back I go into sleep paralysis. However, I cant progress into astral projection because it is very scary for me as I feel like I'm suffocating when this happens. I panic and force myself to wake up. This only ever happened about once a year before this. It sometimes lasts a long time. This has happened about 3 times per week since my mum died, as mentioned on a previous post. I no longer try to go into it anymore(due to the suffocating feeling), but it still happens. I read that sleep paralysis is the pathway to astral projection. Why has this started to happen so frequently since simply taking an interest in it? Is this connected to the afterlife? I am concerned about it as I now cannot seem to stop this happening. Could it be my mum trying to communicate? Im asking due to more knowledge around this in this group.
